At G-R Jeans, each piece is crafted with intention, precision, and care. Due to the limited nature of our jeans, we accept returns under specific conditions to preserve the integrity and exclusivity of each garment.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Garments may be tried on indoors to assess fit, but must be returned in original condition:

• Unworn outside

• Unwashed

• Free of odors, marks, or damage

• All tags and original packaging must remain intact

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, like USPS. G-R Jeans is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

• All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

• Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt and inspection for processing.

Exchanges

• If you'd like to request a different size (if available), please include that in your return email.

• Due to the limited production of each piece, exchanges are not guaranteed.
